POTUS Does NOT Need Congressional Approval

Section 4: Section 4 confirmed the legitimacy of all United States public debt appropriated by the Congress. In Perry v. United States (1935), the Supreme Court ruled that under Section 4 voiding a United States government bond "went beyond the congressional power".


In other words, POTUS Obama does not need to get Congressional approval to keep America solvent. He can raise the debt ceiling, as many times as HE see's necessary, as did all past 43 POTUS! What POTUS Obama has accomplished, by sitting down with the RepubliCANTS/teabaggers/GOPukes, trying to negotiate the debt ceiling being raised,  was to follow procedural Rules Of Order. What the RepubliCANTS/teabaggers/GOPukes did, by acting like spoiled little rich kids, was to show themselves to the average American voter, as the selfish, corporate guided, money hungry, racists politicians they have become since POTUS Obama took the oath of office in January of 2009.


I had a somewhat heated conversation yesterday afternoon, with a woman who insisted this farce about Congress fighting POTUS Obama over raising the debt ceiling, was not racially motivated. She stated it was all about economics. Let me be clear about this, it is about R.A.C.E. Just as every issue that has faced this Black American President has been about R.A.C.E.

Sen. Mitch McConnell, the RepubliCANT Leader in the Senate, made the statement the day after RepubliCANTS won the mid term election, that his main focus was to see that "this President does not win re-election, and I will do everything in my power to see that does not happen". He was also herd to repeat that he would "see this government shut down" before working with POTUS Obama.
You think this fiasco of a negotiation is not racially motivated? One more thing before I go....Ex POTUS Bush raised the debt ceiling SEVEN (7) times in his eight years in office. Each time without a whimper from Congress. I'll even bet the future of the Kardashians cable show, that most Americans never even heard of a debt ceiling before POTUS Obama tried to raise it to keep America solvent & in the black.
